with video www.bild.de/regional/thueringen/thueringen-aktuell/gospenroda-amadeus-11-spielt-amadeus-72672842.bild.html“He learned the piano at the age of one and a half, started school at the age of four and has an IQ of 146: child prodigy Philip Amadeus Hahn (11). Now he lives up to his middle name: Philip Amadeus from Gospenroda (Wartburg district) plays the young Mozart in an Italian movie! “That makes me proud,” smiles Philip, who has lived in Thuringia for three years with his parents Annette (44, philosopher), Christian (51, real estate consultant) and sister Laetitia (16). "The film is called" Il Boemo "and shooting will start in Genoa at the beginning of October," says Philips' mother Annette. He was discovered online for the role of 14-year-old Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. “The director saw Philip playing the piano. There was no casting, he wanted him without question for the role. Since then, the Hahns have been to Rome and Prague five times, the first time last December. "His role was perfected more and more," enthuses mother Annette. "He is currently learning Italian and the Viennese accent for his role, because everything in the film has to be authentic." And Philip adds: "I play pieces by Haydn and Mozart on a historic fortepiano - that's easy for me." Of course, Philip Amadeus Hahn also looks like the real young Mozart: "There was a dress rehearsal in Rome for this, his navy blue costume was tailor-made there," says Annette Hahn. Philip Amadeus: "I also wear a white and gray wig, a red tailcoat and stockings." It is still unclear when the movie will appear on the screens. Annette Hahn: „It‘s definitely registered for the Cannes Film Festival."
