i will put this young girl talents up against any one to compare , a movie director says she is a ""septuple thread "" ( to make seven times as much ) in a TV plot coming soon , as i saw this in her 5 years ago , it was to me Elementary , i believe her career is just beginning . She can dance , can sing , play piano , act , model , very good in martial arts , very good with bow & arrow , rides a horse very well , IQ at fine level and loves to educate youth as youtuber, very good in gymnastics , etc , etc so time will tell if i was right or wrong . Any comments are welcome ..

Elena’s dance repertoire includes ballet, ballroom and hip-hop which she readily displays in many of her music videos.
Describing her rendition of the sultry femme fatale in Guiditta’s aria Miene Lippen, Sie Kussen so Heisse, Edmund St. Austell wrote “Some might see this as a bit on the far side of propriety, but theatrically, I would say that it is justified by her exceptional beauty and marked acting ability. She also moves with a dancer’s grace. When I first saw this video I was reminded of words I wrote in this space when discussing the young ballerina Diana Vishneva and spoke of her ‘spunk and sparkle’.”

Look like a Miss Steinfeld ( 22 ) from California with lots of show-biz background will get the role Miss House was trying for , her father is Jewish so that's that gig .

She did well playing Mallory in Stargirl, but it's no surprise that she was not chosen from among the innumerable auditions to play Kate Bishop in Hawkeye. Hailee Steinfeld was right for that role but I'm sure Artemis was bummed about it. Being cast as a Marvel hero is an actor's jackpot lottery win. I think she also tried out for Shang-Chi but didn't land anything in that either. Since Stargirl she has done a bit part in the made for TV movie California Dreaming, and a minor recurring role in Season 2 (three episodes) of Sweet Magnolias on Netflix. She's been trying for years to land a starring role without success but kudos to her that she keeps trying.
I don't know why she threw away the perfectly good name Elena House for the stage name Artemis. TBH I'd be put off by that if I was a casting director. It comes across as a little pretentious, even though she has her own reasons I'm sure. I thought Elena House was a perfectly memorable name for an actor, and would be burdened by false impressions of self-importance.

Elena House took the name a few years back when the Hunger games were popular. She seemed sure at the time that she was going to get on the series. Elena got big into archery and posted a lot of pictures of herself as an archer. There was even a write in campaign for her to get on the series.

I don't know why she threw away the perfectly good name Elena House for the stage name Artemis. She actually gave a few reasons for ditching Elena House or at least Elena. First is that she never liked the name. Second is that because she is part Asian and casting directors often look at small photos on a website to find potential cast members, the name "Elena" caused some directors to think she was part Hispanic. Obviously, a quick look at a small pic and the name had gotten her calls whenever they went looking for a Hispanic actress but she, of course, clearly does not look Hispanic and was quickly eliminated. I do agree the name is off putting and especially so as she does not use a last name.
The problem she would have is that for franchises they are sure will succeed, they often want A list or at least B list celebs to hit the ground running. She keeps trying for roles that are going to be hard to get even if she had a higher profile. It is a shame because she is very talented. She had a lot of training in music, song, dance, and acting and has executed her roles very well. The problem is she does not really have "it" - whatever "it" is. She does everything well but she does not have the personal magnetism.
I had commented on this board around the time of Stargirl that I wondered how Artemis/Elena felt about her career up to Stargirl. She had been a bit of a child prodigy, had talent and excellent training and had been in the business for a long time getting small parts. She was then 18 years old and had a key but small part in the film while the major female role in the film (along with most of the singing and the central focus of the choreography) went to a 14 year old girl who had only been in show business a couple of years. At that point, I would have wondered what I was doing wrong and rethinking my strategy.

How Grace got the Star Girl Gig and Jackie got the part in "The company you keep" is not the way it is usually done.
Both got their gigs with out any previous acting skills. They were popular at the time with Grace having the advantage of being able to sing which they wanted. Normally the job is put on booking sites for celebrity agents to see than they see find out if the director would be interested in their client. If so the agents talk to their client and sees if they want the part an from there they usually have an audition with several others looking at the part. Artemis/Elena would normally be going up against people like Jenna Ortega for the better gigs who has years of experience and exposure in acting.
Just looking at their social media you would see Jenna has a huge advantage.
Of course things change all the time and Jenna will be tied up for a long time as she is in Romania filming her "Wednesday" series that will be on Netflix. But there are many Jenna's so to speak out there and the competition is fierce. Also a huge advantage living in the LA area, even Grace had to stay in LA for Star Girl 2.

How Grace got the Star Girl Gig and Jackie got the part in "The company you keep" is not the way it is usually done. Both got their gigs with out any previous acting skills.
Actually, that isn't exactly how Grace got the gig. What actually happened is that the movie was intended to be filmed in 2016 and the casting was in 2015 (long before Grace was on AGT). There were over 700 actresses auditioning for the part and they ended up casting Joey King who would go on to be a successful actress. Unfortunately for Disney, Joey's career took off between the casting and the filming and they had only agreed in principle but had not signed yet. When King's team asked for more money in keeping with their client's current status, Disney refused and the film fell through. The folks at Disney and Jerrry Spinelli (who wrote the book) thought Grace (who by then had become a sensation from AGT) would be perfect if she had been a little older and they thought about holding off for a few years. Somehow, word got back to Team Grace and they contacted Disney and pointed out that Grace had gone through some major growth spurts and was the height of a high school girl even though she was only 14 (Stargirl is supposed to be 16). They decided to have her audition and she passed. They then recast some of the roles with younger people so they would be closer to Grace's age. For example, they couldn't have the original actor cast for Stargirl's boyfriend (by then he was over 18) be in a scene kissing a 14 year old girl (this is Disney, after all) so they got Graham Verchere (who was 16 but looked more like 13) to play the role. It is quite possible that Elena House (by then she was 18) was a holdover from the original cast. If that is true, she likely also tried out for the role of Stargirl (Joey King was also an unknown at the time) and so got passed over twice despite her talent. Both Joey King and Grace have the personal charisma that Elena lacks.
There is also another difference between the situation with Grace and Jackie: it turned out that Grace can act. She did a great job on the film and earned very good reviews for her performance - a feat considering she had zero acting experience. I guess it helped by playing a character who is essentially Grace. I mean if you had to cast someone to play a quirky teenage girl who plays the ukulele, I think Grace would be on the short list of people to audition.
