I'd love to learn of Jackie training for anything. Dance? sure. Piano guitar? Oh H yes. How about the uke? I hear anybody can learn it. Of course, she doesn't need to go to NYC for that. I'm told that you can learn it from Youtube. That works for me SCF. |

Thanks, Rick. I suspect that is the natural color of Jackie's hair. Everyone in the family has the same color. Nope. Mike is blonde and Lisa is brunette; so that two of the kids (Jackie and Zach) should be not the lightest blonde, and two (Juliet and Rachel) should be brunette, is not at all unreasonable (esp. if one of Lisa's parents was blonde). That's how it was in pre-AGT pictures, which is easy enough to verify. No question Jackie's hair is lightened some at times. OTOH, it tended to lighten a bit in summer even without that, what with sun and swimming. |

Source, All That Is, God, Goddess will nudge her to the light where she will excel. Her timeline is not linear, like most of us we meet forks in the path all the time. She knows. Namaste. |

Source, All That Is, God, Goddess will nudge her to the light where she will excel. Her timeline is not linear, like most of us we meet forks in the path all the time. She knows. Namaste. Jackie, being a child prodigy, spent most of her childhood pursuing a career in her passion for singing. It seems to me that this strong drive focused on her passion left little time to explore other interests whether it be sports, the arts etc. Most of us not being a prodigy of any type explored a variety of different things because we had no singular focus like Jackie. I believe she is now looking about and seeing an entirely different world than the one she grew up with. Her exploration of her pop voice was a significant step in broadening her horizon. I guess all we can do is wait and see how things unfold for her.

Try this: I think from the ages of the kids, it would have been 2008 or 2009, probably late spring, from the tree. AFAIK, Lisa's hair is really dark brown (as in recent photos) although she had it various shades of auburn to red at different times, Mike's is perhaps not blonde but at least a very light brown that will easily lighten a bit in the sun. All the kids hair darkened as they got older (a common enough phenomenon with a mix of parent or grandparent hair colors); Jackie's, not so much (both naturally and with help, IMO). Back then, I doubt any but Lisa were using hair color.  |
