Don't know what is going on with her but what the hell is the problem of tweeting out a statement letting her worried fans that she's alright or has some issues to work out. Mike needs to issue a statement because this is getting ridiculous. Won't don't you put a bug in her ear and let her know what's going on with her fans? She knows what's going on, she couldn't not know it. I'd bet she's sitting back relishing in all of the angst she's causing among her fans, but except for the super OTT's she may have gone too far. Time will tell. |

I'd bet she's sitting back relishing in all of the angst she's causing among her fans, but except for the super OTT's she may have gone too far. Time will tell. I'm specifically not asking her family about her anymore. I did once or twice, nicely and calmly, but they dont bother to respond to me or anyone else. Mabye it's time for fans to take a break from Jackie and not tell her why. lol |

The statement "you have no idea what is going on" pretty much concludes that something IS going on and likely something big. We know it has nothing to do with an album from he Melody place statement. So the only thing OTTs can make up now is that it is some big secret project like Masked Singer. But the statement "Jackie will give you an update when she feels it's right" implies there is an update to be made and it is Jackie who has decided not to give it right now. Jacob did not say she will give an update when she is able to or allowed to. Nor does he suggest it is any type of project, and why would it be? She isn't a sought after person and with the Covid situation, there would be few projects going on anyways.
I'm betting on the pregnancy theory. That really is the one thing that fits, because we all know from high school or college about the girl who suddenly disappeared with no explanation and reappeared months later with a baby or a "new little brother or sister" in the family. But as 1 Guest said, Time Will Tell.

Here's an alternate theory, since "theory" is all we have.
"Jack" will re-emerge publicly when the course of hormones and surgeries have been fully completed. Until then, Jack will remain a recluse and will offer no explanations and no progress reports. When it's all finished, "Jack" will do a major, public "unveiling" on social media and through a series of interviews. Similar to the recent announcement when the actor "Ellen" Page became "Elliot" Page.
Given the family experiences, it's a no-brainer.
"Jack" will sing in a deeper register and will make waves as the first transgender country singer.

You have a good argument, but one thing does/nt make sense about that theory. Her last post with a video of her was on Thanksgiving. She looks skinny as ever there. There would be no reason to stop posting or even showing pics or videos of herself for quite a while after that Thanksgiving post as she wouldn't show yet. I agree Juliet's comment does strongly indicate that its up to Jackie to decide the timing, as opposed to her having to keep quiet due to a project she's working on. The "she isn't a sought after person", while largely true, isn't really valid. After all, she was on the Mask and had to keep quiet about it, so there is precedent there. |

Pregnancy doesn't explain it, and like richard said, neither does being on another reality show like DWTS because even then she could post an occasional selfie or wish her fans a Merry Christmas. Severe depression? Maybe, who wouldn't be depressed with that family of hers, good grief. She was finally signed with a label and was going to record an album, that's a positive, but maybe not enough to outweigh all the other crap going on in her life, and it's a LOT of crap. I was hoping that now that she's almost 21, got a label, had an album coming out, that she'd finally move on, get away from that family, get a new manager, etc., but that will never happen. I don't think she'll ever do that because her dad would end up unemployed and I doubt there's any other singers out there who'd hire him. |

She was finally signed with a label and was going to record an album, that's a positive, but maybe not enough to outweigh all the other crap going on in her life, and it's a LOT of crap. Jackie's label company done nixed the Idea of her having a new album. They acted like they don't know what Jackie is doing and told everyone it they want to know more go to her fan site. Right. |

Not exactly a normal childhood, is it? It's all a damn shame. |
