I think they were renting the place in NYC, at least I hope that were, that way they could just not renew the lease. If they have to sell it, they'll sell it at a huge loss. The place in NYC is an apartment in the Mercedes House on 550 W 54th it is all rentals. Her apartment was directly over the Mercedes dealer ship on 11th Ave. If she had a one or possibly 2 year lease it would have been over by now. I think the move to NY had as much to do with Juliet's modeling as Jackie.
Also at the time Jackie was singing at the Feinstein's/54 Below night club which is very close to the Mercedes House. But that was like in Aug. 2019.

That's great that they're all rentals so she won't have that worry. On the other hand, if she'd like to renew the lease, even for a year, I bet she'd get it at a very good price.

At the time, I read that they purchased it. You heard that from her OTTs that didn't even have a clue where she was at.
They think Jackie has so much money that she purchased some penthouse in NYC.

During one of her concerts she said that she bought an apartment. I found that very strange, you rent an apartment, but buy a condo. A lot of people took that to mean that she bought it, I thought she rented it. And I hope for her sake that I was right.

Is this just a coincidence. Someone took a picture of Sophia Rose on Malibu beach about the same time Mike posted his picture from Sunset Mariqus. Like I said who is watching Sophia when Christina is in Ny. http://instagr.am/p/CLW9-V-nYKE Malibu beach is 16.4 miles from Sunset Mariqus , you could probably drive to it have some beach time and be back before dark in a day. What is also strange is why wasn't that posted on any of Christina or Sophia's sites. Yes, it is a coincidence. First of all, Mike posted his nostalgia photo "sunrise at the sunset" on February 26, 2021 (a year later, IMO). The photographer "sagaj" posted the photo of Sophia Rose on February 16, 2021 - ten days difference, not "about the same time" which you stated. This statement is misleading. You tried to imply there was some connection between the two posts, which there is not. What is your explanation for the following two photos, posted by sagaj on August 27, 2019 and March 31, 2020. Sophia Rose is wearing the same dress and standing under the Malibu pier in these photos, same as the photo you posted. Presumably, all three photos were taken on the same date and during the same photoshoot. NOTE: THE DATE A PHOTO WAS POSTED ON INSTAGRAM IS NO INDICATION OF THE DATE THE PHOTO WAS TAKEN. August 27, 2019 http://instagram.com/p/B1qkSXCIWur March 31, 2020 http://instagram.com/p/B-Z0ETrHI6X Here's another one, posted July 23, 2019. http://instagram.com/p/B0QplIKnE63

As far as I know, there is no indication that any Evancho was in LA this year. I suspect Mike realized that Jackie's fans had not heard from her for months and decided to toss them a crumb of nostalgia from last year.

There is nothing to indicate that Mike and/or Jackie have returned to LA since the pandemic began.

No, that came from something she'd posted, which at least implied purchase rather than lease. Presumably, she or whoever wrote it (Lisa?) either wasn't aware of the details or wasn't thinking about them when that post was written. Not to say that some fans might not have run with the more dramatic but less practical interpretation, but they did NOT originate it. (ISTR reading somewhere that it was (sub)leased from someone Marc Johnston knew. No idea if that was accurate or not.) edit: The real myth is that she's running out of cash. I think Jackie probably has enough $$ to live modestly (more modestly than the house that's being sold, but still a more typical house if she wishes, or a condo not TOO close to the prime locations in major cities, but still accessible to them, if that's a preferred option) for the rest of her life, even if she never works another day. The house being sold simply means that (esp. under present conditions) neither Mike nor Lisa has enough to buy out the other's half. Remember that CA, NY, AND more recently (2012) PA have some variant of a Coogan law; and as a practical matter, it's easiest to have ONE trust account that satisfies them all and use it everywhere. So until Jackie turned 18, she probably got at least 15% off the top, which is more like 30% or more net.

Hope you are right but their life style and a few fact leave me to believe she does not have the money a lot of her fan think she does. We know she didn't make all that much off of some of here biggest albums as Lisa said that money was used to finance the next album and Lisa was not all that happy. The fact that they weren't getting much from the record deal is what led them to try concerts. I can remember Lisa asking if everyone thought it would be a good idea if Jackie did a mini tour on school vacation.
I believe Jackie will always make a good living off of her singing but the prospects of becoming a super star is pretty slim IMO.

Juliet posted a message on instagram saying that tonight at 10 PM Eastern, she and @aspenmagician will do a live stream. I assume it will be done remotely, with each of them in a different location.
Maybe the magician will make a buyer appear for the Evancho house. Abracadabra.

It's a heck of a house, granted, but it's very dark, and very brown.
