I take anything coming from any government with a grain of salt, I lost faith a long time ago that our government would be different and tell the truth. I remember seeing this as a prelude to the gulf war only to find out the girl making that speech was actually the Kuwaiti Ambassador Daughter and was in the US at the time her country was invaded.

I will have to say that was the very first thought that came to mind, I don't see what Assad had to gain, but if not Assad than it could be much scarier, Russia may be pushing the boundaries again, just like the chemical attack in England where he used the nerve gas and pretty much told England that there is nothing they can do about it. Forcing our hand he learns a lot about our capabilities and his own, I wonder how many cruise missiles he was able to shoot down. I think the people that got gassed were just pawn in a large game. The worst thing is if Russia was involved and they pretty much had to have been, they were give plenty of warning to get their assist out of the area. So it was probably a win win for them.

Heck Rickky. The Syrians are good allies to the Russians. Russia doesn't want tensions increased with the West. That nerve agent business in England was another amateurish false flag event. All the indicators say Russia. That's precisely why I don't believe it.
