Since there are a few folks here who appreciate her as an artist, here's her newest music video for her new single, Clearly (Johnny Nash's 1970's hit re-imagined).

Looks like it was released today. As of 10:30 am PT, already 125K views and 3133 comments. Also, Grace was featured on CBS This Morning today: www.cbsnews.com/news/grace-vanderwaal-pop-singer-americas-got-talent/Her tour with Imagine Dragons is a very big deal - 39 concerts in 2 months in arenas and large venues. Imagine Dragons is a major rock band and Grace will get a huge amount of exposure. Google Trends for some of the performers we discuss on this forum: Google Trends

This is the first I had seen of Grace since she was on AGT. I see they finally realized Grace's voice needed all the audio enhancement they could get. Does she still pretend she can play a ukuele, or have her parents got her some lessons. Just joking, I know Simon is looking out for his investment. She will do great.

And why she is not an opera singer. Does she still pretend she can play a ukuele, or have her parents got her some lessons. No, I believe that Grace is taking the organic approach. It is rumored to work for some people. I know Simon is looking out for his investment. Agreed. It is a shame that Simon did not choose to invest in Jackie.

And why she is not an opera singer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ True about the amplitude, which is a good thing, and used by ALL stage performers, other than opera, but even they are using it more and more. But it has NOTHING to do with why Jackie did not become an Opera singer. Many who are very knowledgeable of Opera singers believed Jackie was BORN to be an Opera Star. And more than that, they believed she would have been one of the greatest, if NOT the Greatest ever. Jackie lost a LOT of these fans when it became clear it was not to be. Among them are some of Jackie's biggest anti-fans, like cabbage juice, who is/was an operatic vocal coach of some renown. Does she still pretend she can play a ukuele, or have her parents got her some lessons. No, I believe that Grace is taking the organic approach. It is rumored to work for some people. --------------------------------------------------------------- I wish her luck with that, since there is NO evidence she was born with any apparent musical aptitude or talent. Most people aren't, but with hard work, and practice many have succeeded. BTW why DO YOU believe that? I know Simon is looking out for his investment. Agreed. It is a shame that Simon did not choose to invest in Jackie. --------------------------------------------------------------------- You really do need to get a better source of information. Simon did make an offer to invest in Jackie, and it was Jackie's parents who REJECTED Simon's selfish offer.

Agreed. It is a shame that Simon did not choose to invest in Jackie. But even Simon can only do so much, the rest is up to the performer. He would have dropped Grace fast if she wasn't popular, a talented songwriter, and ambitious.

Simon did make an offer to invest in Jackie, and it was Jackie's parents who REJECTED Simon's selfish offer. The Evanchos stated the conditions under which Jackie would work with Simon. Simon chose not to work with Jackie. The bottom line is that the Evanchos and Simon could not agree on the terms to work together and Simon did not invest in Jackie.

Considering that opera training doesn't even start until the teens, with serious training not starting until the late teens, any prediction like that has no value. It would be like predicting that a top little league player will be a hall of fame major league player. Not surprisingly, those predictions about Jackie turned out to be utterly wrong.

No socalfan, you are incorrect again. If you are referring to Simon wanting Jackie to promote his GOT's in Europe that is another matter. AGT(Simon) wanted to get Jackie under contract, and Mike and Lisa told him that was NOT going to happen.

You are a well practiced liar, I mean debater, prefacing your false claim with just enough truth that you hope it will cover the overall falsehood of your claim. But you failed. And that asinine attempt of an analogy comparing baseball to Opera, idiotic. But because I got such a good laugh over the sheer stupidity of it I am going to play along . It would be a little closer if the little league player was the pitcher, who's fastball is timed at 100mph with pinpoint accuracy, and with excellent control over his Slider, Curveball, Forkball, Slurve, Screwball, Four-seam, Two-seam, Cutter, Splitter, Changeup, Palmball, Circle Changeup, pitches, and a batting average of .850. Who's life's Dream is to be a professional Baseball player. But it is still not the same.
