I see why your career in the ER was cut short... that Valve is as good as no mask at all if you're trying to protect others, since it vents your unfiltered exhalations. A mask with an exit valve (for easier breathing) should usually still cut down a lot on escaping droplets, and usually aims down or to the side, where it's less likely to direct them at someone. Often you can turn it a bit, in which case, unless you're around rug rats, aim it down. Correct and eyes must be covered  << not this !!!! also but no one tells you that , germs get in the body by mouth or eyes or any opening of skin . It needs a way in . In 2014 it was the Ebola virus In 2016 it was the Zika virus In 2020 is is the Covid 19 virus Just like those other time, this is a virus already in the wild... the hopes of protecting people ended months ago, all some are doing now is trying to stretch out the time it takes for 100% exposure to occur. Time to move forward and prepare for the next one. Study released this week saying sunshine kills this virus in 34 minutes... last week it was a study saying masks are ineffective inside 4 feet... yet masks lead people to move in closer, as they mute the voice making it harder to be heard. Cloth face coverings are pointless, as they have been from the start... US Surgeon General said back in February: Don't buy masks they will not stop the spread among the general population... Completely incorrect , a good mask on a infected person is a way of stopping droplets from infected person to others , DUH ! can you heard me now , IT IS NOT A VOICE INFECTED , it's droplets of the germ from cough or sneeze etc , WRONG AGAIN PST, forget future and deal with NOW !!! |
