You keep bring up worthless information from the far past that has nothing to do with Jackie today. If you cannot be accurate without lying about the past then you or any of your cohorts who lie as well plenty will never have even the slightest morsel of credibility in discussing anything close to the present. You did not hear from Lisa that they made no money. You heard from me quoting Lisa that: the royalties they received from OHN went towards DWM. The present being that she is a successful recording artist with every single release charting and a touring artist, who uses social media like everyone else. But if she wants to use it sparingly, she can because as fans pointed out she can take as much time as needed in between posting. Again you do not have to like Jackie but you don't get to determine her success and as a troll you don't get much say at all except with your fellow trolls. BS Lisa said that along time ago about not getting money from that so called platinum record and how they used the proceeds for the next album. Lisa used to come on the original Amazon forum in the early years and I can even remember her on the Wall Street Journals ( the WSJ first forum about Jackie with possible the CC UK site). I don't remember any msims there. None of us has any determination of Jackie career but we can see the trends that have been going on for years. We have an Idea what it would take to reverse that trend and we can see Jackie seems to not have a lot of interest in her career herself. |

Socal fan you are right in part , but look how Jackie has been raised, going through bankruptcy, a fathers failed business, the way the mom is , kids learn from their parents in social skills and hard work, Jackie’s life was a mess growing up !

I have created a new banner image (that's what Proboards calls the picture at the top of the page). The pic was proposed by Saerdna who suggested a wider format. If a narrower format is used, Proboards automatically creates multiple images to fill up the space. The single wider image looks much nicer. I intend to change the banner image regularly as I receive submissions. I am therefore now inviting all posters to submit and upload new banner images for this forum. The rules are: 1. Your pic does not have to be a photo of Jackie. It can be a photo, drawing, or other artwork of Jackie or anything else. If you want to create something original, that would be fine. If you want to put your name on it, that would also be fine (Note that in the present pic, I inserted the credit "Proposed by Saerdna" in an unobtrusive place.) 2. The resolution should be exactly 1000x430 pixels to fit the allocated space. If it is larger, Proboards will chop off and omit the additional pixels. If it is smaller, Proboards will add multiple additional images to fill up the space (which is why we had triple images). For small pics, you could add a border or use more than one pic. 3. Your pic must contain the text "Jackie Evancho - Amazon Revisited" displayed very clearly and very prominently so every visitor knows immediately what this forum is. 4. Your pic must be positive and appropriate. The banner image is not the place for controversy. Let your artistic side express itself! Thanks! I love it! As you can see, I have already uploaded it. Because you used the correct format, I can upload it without doing any modifications so it only takes me a few seconds. Anytime somebody submits an acceptable banner image, I will immediately upload it to make it the current banner image. I will then recycle the previous banner images from time to time so that there is constant variety. Another poster had asked if she could submit pics instead of banner images. I told her that I did not have the time to reformat pics but if you are able to do it, I'm sure she would be very happy. It would be entirely up to you, of course. |

BTW, the MG benefit livestream is started. A comment suggested that Jackie is there (in person?).
I didn't get video capture including audio figured out in time, so hopefully someone else did. Too long anyway (total event est. 4 hours), I'm a bit tight for that much space. AFAIK, one can get (paid) access even after the event anyway (which for a benefit is less miserly than scrounging).
