To be fair, all the kids are grown they don’t need such a big house 🏡 anymore! Jackie does spend part of her time in NY AS WELL AS PITTSBURGH! We also don’t know what investments have been made like stocks etc!

in Germany she could have done that (also wine( in a restaurant with a legal guardian at 14yo …without at 16yo 14? That's crazy. Well it’s different here eulenspiegel, you do it your way we do it ours! We have our alcohol 🍺 laws! Our laws are not that different from Germany's laws. In many states, including Texas, minors can drink alcohol if their parents buy it for them. kfmx.com/is-it-actually-legal-in-texas-for-minors-to-get-drunk-with-their-parents/

I thought she had no money, so how she can afford a vacation, Crazy Rickky? Of course she has money. How else could she support a family of 5? I thought they were going to say from flipping burgers. No, that would not happen until after her next album is released.

She's a professional musician, of course she needs a vocal coach. What makes you think she doesn't have one? Maybe not as often as some do since her schedule has always been light; but as needed for new material or styles, non-English pronunciation, different techniques, occasional safety check, etc, sure. Someone singing unamplified over an orchestra a few days a week needs a weekly consult to keep everything just right (even though they're singing the exact same material each of those days), but a less demanding schedule and performance does not.

Jackie loves what she sings but hopefully is realizing there is not much of a fan base for that type of music 🎶! Her new album 💿 of original songs will hopefully 🤞 take her in a more popular direction and bring in new fans! The truth be known probably all artist like the songs that bring in the most revenue the most. Everybody likes what enables the lifestyle to which they want to remain (or become) accustomed. That doesn't mean that what most enables that is what they most like to do, nor that what they most like to do is necessarily what they would choose to listen to someone else doing.

Nobody said they are starving but it sure looks like their cash flow has dwindled. Going from a Million dollar house to one that cost 1/3 as much is a better indicator. Cost aside, the time spent on upkeep on something that holds six comfortably plus pool is likely to be higher than on something fine for variably two to four. Even aside the divorce, people do downsize when the nest is (mostly) empty. And with division of property at the divorce, either one keeping the McMansion would be burdensome. A well maintained residence is usually a decent investment, leaving one with some equity when one sells. So the big place wasn't extravagant, either.

Well Jackie can drink beer 🍺 now , maybe they could do Corona add with Snoop Dog! in Germany she could have done that (also wine( in a restaurant with a legal guardian at 14yo …without at 16yo At least back in the 70's they didn't check ID either, and since the American kids looked older, they (ok, we) weren't all 16 when we were drinking strong beer with a shot of Jäegermeister on the side. (I skipped the shot after trying it once, way too sweet for me, esp. for something herbal.) I think the informal standard was if you were taller than the bar and didn't have cute red cheeks, you could get a beer.

The house should have been in Jackie's name and her parents paying her rent in some shape or form. Celebrities for the most part needs bigger house not for their families but for their friends, other celebrities and business acquaintances. Most of the celebrities the parents pay for the needs of their kids up until they are 18, just like the general population does. With Jackie's parents they even put a lean on the house for Jacobs to Juliet's operation. The house should have been in Jackie's name and her parents getting a divorce should not have effected her life style. The first thing a young celebrity's agent wants to know is who's career is it actually in Jackie's case it was her parents.

And like it or not, 15% (of gross!) was hers under 18, but the rest went elsewhere, not all to her parents (nontrivial business expenses like paying support personnel, taxes, etc). 15% of gross is way more than it sounds, not horrible compared to what independent adult performers manage to keep. Granted that there's a potential conflict of interest in a family business where the center of it is a minor. Worse perhaps, a lot of pressure on the minor. But to portray her family as parasites is just not factual.
