Whether it was a producer conspiracy, or an anti-kid (or anti-kid doing Vegas) vote, or a deal, or a normal and predictable outcome, both MG and JE got the outcome that was best for them. MG got the big prize and more immediate exposure in Vegas, and JE got a record deal and not held to do all the AGT tour stops, which let her start working on her own next steps. Doesn't matter if she won or not. In signing the contract to be on AGT all of the top 10 were required to go on the AGT tour. Lisa said that they didn't know who won until it was released to the public and that the reason Jackie didn't go on all of the AGT tour was that because of her age it required a Judge to sign off on it. And you don't need to "win" shows like AGT, American Idol, etc. to have commercial success. It's all about getting lots of national exposure, which Jackie certainly did. And she had quite a bit more success after placing 2nd on AGT than Grimm did as the winner. It was a good deal for Jackie all the way around. |

When asked recently if she would do it all over again, knowing what she knows now, she said yes. |

But then Mike and Lisa would have to continue their day jobs, if Jackie didn’t go into showbiz , Going on AGT GOT Jackie noticed and she did a lot for the first part of her career!

A churchy song like Ave Maria was a poor contender for the prize. I would have voted for what's his name over what's her name. I don't think the song selection had anything to do with the voting in the Final. Religion wasn't an issue at all. I'm not religious in the slightest and thought it was a great song selection. It's a beautiful song no matter what religion you do or don't belong to. That's kind of irrelevant. OMG !!! Religion is killed over , wars over , it was a very nice song to SOME voters of some Religions but a insult to some , Good Lord ! think man , don't think like a donkey . It was indeed relevant , 100% relevent if thinking of the all religious minds of voters . |

He's also finalizing a 2024 tour with fellow America's Got Talent superstar Jackie Evancho. While exact dates and locations are expected to be announced later this year, Grimm is determined to be ready for the shows. Very exciting! I'm looking forward to the announced. Hopefully Michael will be ready. |

If in a contest never do anything that may insult or hurt feeling of voters of contest , do all in neutral , don't split the voters , keep politics or religion out of choices that my mean losing votes , it is common sense . there are jews , non-believers , non-christian , etc etc etc voters in todays' world
