In Jackie's latest IG post there's a snippet from her Zoom where her producer talks about her new vocal direction, and his putting her words to music. Something like that. It's what people on this forum have been wanting from her all along, so I can't fault her at all for taking this risk. I actually don't care if the numbers aren't there right away, or at all. I have always been about her switching gears musically, and it's important that her new direction be reflected in a full release, no matter how well it does in the short term. This album (whether an EP, an album, or both) should be a full addition to her catalog, because that is what will stick with her. No one who looks into her in the future will care how an album performed when it was released, they will only care what it sounds like. If that's what he said, it sure sounds like she wrote the lyrics and he wrote the music. |

The younger generation isn't buying Jackie. She just doesn't appeal to her age group.
I have seen over the years so many missed opportunities for Jackie to meet and mingle with celebrities and others her own age that it has to be on purpose, either by her or her parents. Jackie now seems to be this socially awkward friendless person we know today. Jackie seems content to just stay with daddy the rest of her life.

Following a child entertainer from airport to airport wasn't just OTT, it was rather creepy as well. Actually, as I remember the story, he said he too was at an airport, and happened to see Jackie and her mom and went to say hello to them. Granted, Lisa didn't like that, and he probably should have left them alone...but creepy might be a bit much. A little too pushy/intrusive I would agree with. In any event, he didn't mean any harm...he was just being OTT. If he had in fact "followed them to the airport", then I would agree that would be a little creepy. lol He's attended a zillion of her concerts. Since both of them are flying to the same location, at the same time, to attend the same event, it's highly unlikely that they wouldn't end up at the same airport at the same time at least once, probably several times. And if he's not allowed to say hello to Jackie when he sees her, that says a lot more about Lisa than it does him. After all, she and the rest of her family were living the high life thanks to people like him. |

Jackie's not hip, she's not cool...far from it as her mom once said. Lisa once called her a princess, articulate and demur...that is who she is, that is her personality. We also know from what Jackie has said that she doesn't relate to people her own age, and she doesnt trust anyone easily. It protects her from getting hurt on the one hand, but prevents her from growing socially on the other hand. I agree, I see no indications of any of that changing anytime soon. |

AGT would love to have Jackie sing next week. But they said she would have to dye her hair blonde, wear a red dress and sing O Mio Babbino Caro. Do you think that would stop Jackie from going on their show, She/Mike would jump at the opportunity. Many of her OTT fans ( the ones that are left) would love that. AGT supports their alumni's commercial endeavors. I think they would be all for Jackie singing an original song on AGT as a guest and helping her promote it. |

Jackie singing OMBC might help AGT's ratings. Jackie singing BME would hurt their ratings. AGT is not a philanthropic organization. |

I disagree I think 🤔 it would help AGT RATINGS , TO SEE A TRANSFORMATION WOULD BRING OUT THE CURIOSITY FACTOR TO THE FINALS NEXT WEEK!

If not, we'll only find out if/when she's invited back again as a guest singer...we'll see what song she sings. When Jackie came back the last couple of times, she sang a song from whatever album she had just released, i.e. Somewhere At Christmas, Somewhere (West Side Story). Granted, they weren't originals...but they were what she was currentely releasing. |

Actually, I had forgotten about that, but yeah...Airport Joe went on a scorched earth campaign against the Evanchos for a while. But then he admitted he was wrong for doing so and went on another campaign begging their forgiveness. Since then, he has been to a number Jackie concerts and even had his picture taken with her at at least one of her shows. I figure if she can get over it, we can. lol To be honest, even though he's still a big fan, I don't he engages in much OTT behavior these days. |
