I follow both Grace Vanderwaal and Kenzie Ziegler. Kenzie has been doing a lot more PR than Grace before their Videos came out. Like going on the Zach Sing show and doing other interviews. Many of the same thing Grace has done in the past. Nothing else I can think of would explain the big difference in their music videos that came out at the exact time Actually, I thought I explained it pretty well in an earlier post. Kenzie has a huge fanbase on IG and Tik Tok who all went out and watched her video and streamed her song and will continue to do so for at least a month or so. Expect her to have huge numbers for at least that long. Then it comes down to will the song itself still attract attention with further listening. Raw stats are meaningless without context. If someone has a larger fanbase, they will attract larger numbers out of the gate. With "Hot" vs. "Waste My Time", Kenzie had a huge advantage then but after a few months Kenzie's fans stopped listening and Grace's fans kept listening. The reason is Grace's song held up to repeated listens while Kenzie's did not. In cases where Kenzie has a very good song, she will still be leading because she has more fans. Particularly when you take into consideration Grace's inactivity the last few years, some people listening to her music may not realize she has a new song out. Not everyone follows people as closely as those here do - in fact, most don't and it comes down to finding out by accident.
The one thing that streaming has changed is that it allows you to gauge reactions in real time. If you release an album and your fans start streaming it and after an initial period the streams just drop off precipitously, you know the fans don't like it. In the past, they were stuck with an album they didn't like and you may never know until your ticket sales start sinking. Now you know immediately. It also benefits those who make music their fans like as they will continue to get paid for the music since people keep streaming it.
Comparing Kenzie's video totals to Jackie's or even Grace's out of the gate is like comparing Tate McRae's to Kenzie's. If you have a larger base, you will have a larger push out of the gate. A lot of people watched that video and streamed that song by JoJo Siwa years ago. I doubt it gets many streams now. Not long ago, Dixie D'amelio's first single flew out of the gate because she has such a huge fanbase. Then Dixie discovered repeat success requires hard work and she doesn't seem quite as enthusiastic. Like I said earlier, I credit Kenzie for sticking to it and not giving up when it looked kind of bleak a few years ago. She could still eventually break out or find her spot.
What really matters is if people are still listening to it or covering your music five years from now. Grace can probably live on the revenues from "I Don't Know My Name" given it appears in most books and videos for learning the ukulele, is still streamed by young girls trying to learn it, and even appears in Girl Scout Songbooks.
They are not that far apart in following that it would make a 6x difference in numbers. I just checked and JoJo's music video has 978 million views, few music videos makes it that far no matter how long they have been up unless it's by a big star. Kenzie has been hitting the PR trail over 5 months ago and I believe that is about the only thing that could make that big of a difference in such a short time. |

One would have to have rocks for brain cells to believe Miss Evencho received less votes then this L V Strip lifer loser , she had 400,000+ votes but her people singed a no talk result (Turned Down 1st Place ) , the votes were burned , they did not want her to go to L V gig as they thought with a offer from a BIG name producer she would be better off free of AGT contract , she made her name without going across the country .To think he won is dumb and funny . There is no evidence of that, so your statement is nothing more than a baseless conspiracy theory. If AGT were to cheat and that came out, the show would be toast. They did not have to cheat , a person can turn a win if they choose , think out of the box if you can , posters here are so out of touch with facts that go on behind closed doors in show-biz , the public is not to smart . |

Mr Foster met with the Evancho family before AGT , most people know this to be true , why would a possible future producer go to talk with a family of contest ? , think about it , he wanted a agreement for a future career , it is simple as that .

Anyone here notice Jackie has taken up drinking a lot lately, hopefully its not headed towards a problem. 😕 I doubt she's drinking more as much as not caring anymore to hide it. Most of the pics were in situations where others are also drinking. If she posted a picture of her in pajamas waking up with an empty vodka bottle next to her, I would be more concerned. I don't see anything out of the ordinary for a woman her age. It's only shocking if you still see a 10 year old girl. |

I think someone hands her a drink like this and she just poses with it. I think she did the same thing with a can of beer for a St. Patrick's Day photo. Remember a little while back she posed with an ice cream. And she posed next to her bday cake. Then in a recent intervew she talked about not being able to do simple thinks with the family like being able to eat bday cake with them. I highly doubt Jackie has any interest in alcohol, or cake, or ice cream. |

She's anorexic and that, as Jackie said very recently as well, could very well be a life long battle for her. She is definitely on the sknny side, and sometimes I think she looks a little too skinny...but other times I agree she looks okay. |
