An 85-year-old man goes to see his doctor for his regular physical exam. The doctor says that the man needs to provide a semen sample and gives him a jar saying, "Take this jar home with you and come back tomorrow with a semen sample." The next day the old man goes back to the doctors and gives him the jar, which is as clean and empty as when the doctor gave it to him. So the doctor asks what happened and why there is no sperm sample in the jar. The old man says, "Well, doc, it's like this... first I tried with my right hand, but nothing. Then I tried with my left hand, but still nothing. Then I asked my wife for help. She tried with her right hand - nothing; then with her left, still nothing. She tried with her mouth, first with the teeth in, then with her teeth out, still nothing. We even called up Maisie, the lady next door and she tried too, first with both hands, then an armpit, and she even tried squeezing it between her knees, but still nothing." The doctor is really shocked by all this and asks incredulously, "You asked your neighbor???" The old man replies, "Yep, not one of us could get the jar open."  |

Helicopter Ride
Walter took his wife Ethel to the state fair every year, and every time he would say to her, "Ethel, you know that I'd love to go for a ride in that helicopter." But Ethel would always reply, "I know that Walter, but that helicopter ride is 50 dollars and 50 dollars is 50 dollars."
Finally, they went to the fair, and Walter said to Ethel, "Ethel, you know I'm 87 years old now. If I don't ride that helicopter this year, I may never get another chance." Once again Ethel replied, "Walter, you know that helicopter is 50 dollars and 50 dollars is 50 dollars."
This time the helicopter pilot overheard the couple's conversation and said, "Listen folks, I'll make a deal with you. I'll take both of you for a ride; if you can both stay quiet for the entire ride and not say a word I won't charge you! But if you say just one word, it's 50 dollars."
Walter and Ethel agreed and up they went in the helicopter. The pilot performed all kinds of fancy moves and tricks, but not a word was said by either Walter or Ethel. The pilot did his death-defying tricks over and over again, but still there wasn't so much as one word said. When they finally landed, the pilot turned to Walter and said, "Wow! I've got to hand it to you. I did everything I could to get you to scream or shout out, but you didn't. I'm really impressed!"
Walter replied, "Well to be honest I almost said something when Ethel fell out but, you know, 50 dollars is 50 dollars!"

When you go to a ER , do not let them discharge till you are completely satisfied with the Doctor an treatment . About 3 years ago here in the South I was taken flat on my back to a big hospital here , the Doctor ?? came in to my room , asked me some questions , DID NOT LOOK AT MY BACK OR TOUCH MY BACK , he left the room an the nurse came back an gave me meds to take an put me in a wheelchair and put me outside on sidewalk , I had to call a cab an fell into it , I said OK , if I damage my back I will have a can't lose law suit Open An Close , I name my price before I go to newspaper reporter , I got to my Chiropractic center in the backset of my son's truck , it was a pinch nerve so had to be separated , I go to him every month since no charge !! I called the Administer of hospital for a meeting !!I mean please I worked in health field 12 years ( ER UPMC ), DUH ? . don't sign release unless you are treated with respect and happy with the doctors and care . I now tell the doctors because these are learning as being taught on you . you can ask for other doctor . I have walked out of ERs when I could , I could tell you a thousand stories but I may go missing  well over 100 thousand people die each year from hospital errors , BTW , Allegheny General Hospital on the North Side Of Pittsburgh ( I had a back operation here ) was named THE SAFE-EST HOSPITAL IN THE USA , Lisa M.Evancho I believe was a nurse at one time but do not know if worked here . It's a orthopedics top center !  an I was here in the south |
