I googled to find out where else the information contained in the Washington Times article has been posted. The articles I saw were echoing Judicial Watch. 

No reputable news site has published a similar report.  This article is not exactly "fair and balanced" - in other words, this article is very highly suspect.  As Trump might say - "FAKE NEWS!"
