One of the ways Brennan took part in Treasonous Activites was his part in the collusion to influence the outcome of the 2016 Presidentical Election in favor of Clinton by leaking vile lies about Candidate Trump.
He had CIA operatives spin, and fabricate, 'intel' on 'Russian interference' in the 2016 election.

The video above shows a MSNBC clip of an interview in which Brennan says he is willing to testify, what else would he say.
He knows he will be called to testify, and his willingness to comply is not required.
He knows that even though they have had over 3 YEARS to prepare his defence, it won't hide his LIES.
He knows the mound of evidence Durham has proves beyond all doubt he LIED.
He is counting on getting away with it because he is on the protected Left, and they always get away with their crimes.

EDIT: Even though we know Brennan lied and have the mound of evidence to prove it, we will give him a pass on lying just like we did for Comey, and McCabe. Not worth wasting time on it, when we have ALL of them buried under a MOUNTAIN of evidence that prove them all tied to violations of U.S. Code CHAPTER 115 - TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUPVERSIVE ACTIVITES and Military Tribunals already staffed.
