Now you have my curiosity up because I know Maddie's regular fans do not have that information.

Even ashleymill didn't have a clue of it's location and they were also showing the wrong house as their Pittsburgh house.

I don't try to find any private "inside information". It's just that I notice details in materials that are publicly available to everyone. I enjoy looking at geography and landmarks, and finding certain places on maps is like doing a puzzle. I found the Echo Park bungalow on google maps about a year ago.

Last June, Maddie did a live stream in the car, with Melissa driving. Melissa wanted Maddie to show how steep the hills are on the street they were driving, but when they got close to home, she told Maddie not to show their street (Maddie answered that she knew that). The live stream continued until after they entered the house, but the camera was pointed down and didn't show the street, driveway or the front of the house.

Prior to that, there were some YT videos with snapchap and insta-story collections. One of them had a shot of Maddie's driveway. Another one had clips Maisy had posted of Maddie lying in the street in front of the house (she said she was taking a "relaxation" break"). Another one from Lauren showed Maddie, Kenzie and Johnny goofing around in the street and driveway, and it showed the house number painted on the curb.

After the Maddie/Melissa live stream, I was curious about the steep hills, so I googled "residential areas in LA with steep hills" and I found this article. Third on the list is Baxter Street, and when I looked at it, I saw that it looked like the street shown in the live stream.

I looked at some streets running off of Baxter, and in a very short time, I saw Maddie's house.

Finding the Pittsburgh house was simple to do. I won't post any details (for obvious reasons), but I found the new LA residence after watching Kenzie's first live stream from there. From some videos prior to the move, I already had an idea about a few possible areas in LA to start looking, and I just got lucky in spotting it pretty quickly. I've also found Sia's latest purchase where she's building her new home (currently under construction). I'll be interested to find out if she includes a dance studio in the new house.

lmfao That same video from melissa is how i found the area where to search, Melissa and Maddie were bragging about just how big of a hill they have to go up and you could even see out the window.  I did a google search of "steepest hill in L.A." and the first thing that popped up was this video. Plus I think Maddie was on the phone for like 4 minutes, that is all I needed to get me close enough to where the bungalow was. From there it was easy because they had so many picture taken from their back porch. You could see buildings in the back ground that were in L.A. I just seen how two building were aligned one close and one far away and use google earth's tools to give the exact degrees the building were at in reference to each other and made a line from the two buildings at those degrees and extended that several miles on the map. Did the same thing with some other building from a photo taken at a different angle and where the two line met crossed over actually right on their back porch. I use that same method for several findings it is like putting a puzzle together and you even have to find or figure out the pieces.

I thought it very funny that Melissa in trying to keep Maddie from giving there location away gave it away herself. Funny how we both found it almost the same way.

Yes I found Sia's house very easily using pictures Sia posted from her balcony using the same lining up object on google earth in the picture. They only live about 3 miles apart. So when Maddie said she stays with Sia all the time it's not like she has to travel so far. Now the question I can't figure out is how that bungalow didn't slide down the hill with all the kids that they would have staying with them all the time.

Yes, I had watched that video, too. Figuring things out is not hard to do if you pay attention and put the pieces together.

This is Maddie's live stream that showed Baxter. My recollection was incorrect about one thing - Maddie didn't point the camera down when they got close to home, she kept it pointed to her face. Maddie and Melissa's relationship is so funny.

Re: Pittsburgh house several of the fan sites posted pictures of a house that they claimed was the Ziegler's house but it was actually their neighbor's house because their house wasn't built at the time. You need to use Bing Maps if you want to see a street view. I check every once and a while to see if they are selling it now that they got the large home in L.A.

What actually brought you to this site and were you a fan of Jackie Evancho's.

That is funny that I actually missed all of the videos of them dancing in the street.

There's some more info about that, but I don't think we should talk about it until after Sia's new house is finished. I'll just add, be on the lookout for a new realty listing, maybe later this year.

The Ziegler's kids are very outgoing and funny I love their sister relationship they are either fighting or best friends and sometimes seem to do anything to antagonize the other one.

I didn't know Sia was moving you are probably like me you see some pictures people post and after giving them a quick look you think I bet I can find where that picture was taking at.

Yes, I cracked up when Kenzie said, "Not my nose, that's for sure." One of the things the haters frequently comment about when they post on her videos is to tell her she has a big nose. And they say that she's fat. Rude haters.

I've also wondered if they will sell the Pittsburgh house. They seem to spend less and less time there, even though they still keep in touch with close friends there. They're just renting in LA, for now. I guess time will tell if they'll decide to buy in LA and sell the Pittsburgh house, or keep both.

Just dropping back in quickly to post this interview that Mackenzie did early Tuesday morning to be aired later on Access Hollywood (you've probably seen it already). Access had interviewed Maddie in NYC the night before.



And on Tuesday evening, she did a live interview and Q&A via Twitter for PeopleTV. The "captured" video format is not great for viewing unless you watch it in full-screen, but the audio is good. Mackenzie again talked about her relationship with her sister. She said that both she and Maddie have been going to lots of auditions over the past two months - maybe she landed something good and that's why she had to cancel out of the European tour with Johnny later this summer. Or maybe it's because she's going to focus on finishing her new album. I wonder if she might have signed with a label, like Johnny did, but her record deal hasn't been announced yet.
