I agree fans should understand and give Jackie the time she needs, she has a lot on her plate health wise and other wise !

Juliet did lie to me, or at best misled me. I told her the three leading theories about Jackie's disappearance, and she told me they were ridiculous. One of the theories I listed was that she was in a treatment facility for her eating disorder...which as it turned out was true. But on the other hand, she was put on the spot and not in a position to answer said question honestly, so her lie was totally understandable. Juliet did say something on social media that Jackie was "fine, just taking a break...taking time for herself, and that she would give an explanation when the time is right.....True fans should understand that" Yup, she said that too. However, it was misleading...she was not doing just fine, she was recovering from a broken back, in in-patient treatment for advancing anorexia, and having anxiety attacks. That's hardly fine. However, not wanting fans to know what was up and not wanting them to worry is understandable, so I don't blame her. |

In one years time Jackie couldn't have made a statement, and the only thing we got was from Juliet who said Jackie is just fine just taking time off. Was Juliet lying from Jackie it didn't sound like she was ok. Nothing from her label, Mike or anyone else. The first we heard of Jackie was she started appearing on Christina and Sophia Rose's social media.
I still wonder why nobody ever came up with an accident report or why the local news didn't say anything.

Jackie took about a year and a half from Youtube now she posted her new song on it, and there is hardly anyone left to even look at it. Her new song posted on her channel only has 12k views in the last 5 days even though it got some online publicity. |

It simply means that the Evanchos will have less credibility in the future. She should have simply stuck to the original message: Jackie is taking a break and will discuss it when she is ready to do so. |

Its a mystery like your seating chart why COT didn't easily pop up on the CC or Folk Albums Chart when it certainly sold enough. Maybe she didn't registered with Nielsen Media SoundScan. www.isrc.com/FAQ-Soundscan.phpThat cannot be true since COT appeared on Billboard's Top Current Album Sales Chart. There is no mystery at all: Sales on COT were below what it needed to make the classical charts. And paid admission in the Pittsburgh concert was 44%. The only mystery is why the greatest singer of all time has trouble selling concert tickets and recordings. |

The bottom line is that Jackie was obviously told about these communications and the rumors that were going around, and she knew full well that fans were wondering what was going on, some very worried, some thinking the worst, others speculating about possibilities. But she did NOTHING. No one line statement on social media, no getting someone else to provide a statement, NOTHING. Why? Because she had no money at stake, no albums to sell, no concerts to peddle tickets for. So no benefit to her. And she couldn't give 2 hoots about her fans, despite what they want to fantasize. The only reason she finally said anything was that she realized her "career" was headed even farther down the dumper, and she had an upcoming album and she hoped to book concerts and sell more tickets to gullible fools. Which she did, but very few. |

Dizzy, I’m not sure why you think people are gullible for buying her tickets or music. They spend their money because they like and enjoy what Jackie is giving them, nobody is being conned out of anything. Jackie delivers exactly what they want.

Every concert has seats that are comped, and a certain number of tickets are set aside for media and family of performers, promoters, etc. We only know 44% of the seats were spoken for and unavailable for purchase. Were they all paid for? Not likely, though most were. And how many may have been bought in groups at a discount? Or how many were bought at the 25% discount rate that was offered? No one knows except the promoter and venue. So I would say what we know is: less that 44% was actually "paid admission", but what that percentage was and how many tickets sold at full price is unknown. |

True, but again, she was deliberately misleading about her being fine. She wasn't fine. Both our statements about what she said are true at the same time. Like I said, I don't blame her...she was doing her best to respond in a way to try to put her fans somewhat at ease...even though part of what she was saying wasn't true. |

Because they are under the false misconception that Jackie is this sweet little angel who loves and adores her fans, and that she is this fantastic singer that the world just hasn't quite discovered yet, despite her AGT media frenzy. Most people have realized these things are not true. So I call the ones who refuse to accept the facts as gullible. Would you say people in a cult are gullible, Busby? After all, they like and enjoy what the leader is saying, and they freely give him/her their money so they are not being conned, and the leader delivers exactly what they want. Right? LOL! |
