In the 4 years since Jackie turned 18, her small-girl-big-voice days were long behind her but she continued to headline dozens of concerts (it would have been a lot more without Covid). I fully agree that her career is greatly diminished as an adult but to the best of my knowledge, she is still the only American CC solo vocalist regularly headlining concerts in the US in the last 4 years. That puts her way ahead of her peers. Of course, there is no guarantee she will continue to give concerts; after all, CC is a dying genre. What do you mean by her peers if you are talking about under 25 year old celebrities entertainers then she is at the bottom. If you are talking about under 25 year old celebrity singers she is still at the bottom. Now if you are talking about under 25 year old American CC artist than she is at the top. About like being the top in underwater basket weaving. Jackie is not playing the fame game/competing with the under 25 celebrities that arent really celebrities who you follow, they are just internet famous. GUE was years ago and I don't think they even wanted that kind of exposure they got from associating with Trump. She got attacked left and right. Yeah she got a nice bump, tons of exposure, but this is not the kind of people who seem to like that at all. They don't have the narcissist gene that many here do. Besides your favorite actor whos good and talented I admit, the only other "famous" people that you follow are the Kardashians and you should watch what Barbara Walters who just passed rip told the Kardashians: |

Would Anastasia be a peer? The context is the successor to Bocelli and Brightman, so I am referring to CC vocalists. Jackie is clearly at the top, but, as you say, it is like being the tallest dwarf. Anastasia, a fellow CC singer, is definitely a peer. I believe Anastasia sings occasionally but it is not her primary source of income. Jackie is one of the very very few Americans who can make a living as a CC singer. And we don't know for how much longer. For sure Anastasia is nor ever has been in Jackie's league career wise or talent wise. |

Charli D'Amelio and Addison Rae meets the definition of both celebrity and famous. Jackie doesn't meet either one by a long shot. |

If you are saying the genre is dead because there arent american successors, AB and SB aren't from america. Il Divo and Il Volo arent americans. Classical Crossover market at that time in 2010 was good, Josh Groban (who doesnt like the cc label) and Andrea Bocelli who doesnt like the label either both had two very big holiday albums in recent years and Susan Boyle had her huge debut album. Jackie was the first CC child singer (who embraced the label btw) and all those that came after her didn't have that unexpected surprise factor and were more operatic btw like KJ, so the result was 2 million in sales in just over a year or so (ohn, dwm, dwmic, hc). She was able to duet with her peers which was a nice surprise and do really well touring for years and years. I think the only setback really has been covid. It affected her alot, as well as alot of people including her older demo the most. I think she needs to perform, its just something she has to do. Also record originals. But my expectations arent sky high and never were. It takes work and it doesn't help to have those try and rewrite her history. |

The Kardashians have made a pretty good empire for having no talent. Forbes put Kim Kardashian's net worth at 1.8 billion with the other Kardashian all multi-millionaires.
Wrong people for someone that wants to say they are not celebrities and Jackie is.

The Ziegler's are doing a lot better than the Evancho's as a celebrity family. Maddie bought herself a new house for almost $2.6 million, Kenzie has her own apartment in LA. Maddie and Kenzie's parents have an apartment in LA. Plus they still keep the big house in Pittsburgh for the holidays. It was a big thing for the OTTs when Jackie moved into the big house in Pittsburgh, too bad she couldn't keep it. Oh and how they used to claim the house was in Jackie's name.
You have no idea how much a person makes off each gig as there is so many factors involved. But you can get a good idea by their life style and what they buy.
Jackie is 100% in it for the money just like every other celebrity.
