There is a difference In criticism of someone and personal attacks against someone! Hey I criticize Jackie myself ! I don’t know how many more times I have to explain it! As far as attaching me go ahead, I know the posters who do it so I will just not read those post! I hope those who go to church on Sunday and come back to this forum and continue the attack on me or others , you didn’t learn much in church ⛪️!

First off if Jackie was working her behind off she would have been writing her own song years ago She did write songs "years ago". CC doesn't require original material. Not what Jackie Otts claim is a tour of just two concerts in a months time. You either tour alot or just a little, its expensive to tour. Wake up. Bottom line: Greg Camp has had no songwriting success in the last 2 decades. That is misleading. He listed as a musician for the movie Wonder Park from 2019, hes a composer and I doubt most musicians care how successful they are or were, they just want to do what they do. I understand that her last several albums have been a flop You are the perfect mark as you have been gaslit. All her albums have charted on Billboard Charts, her strength is sales not streaming, therefore they have not risen higher on the charts since Billboard changed the rules in 2014, but that doesnt mean anything these days. That being said its wrong to think they havent been successful, stop reading fake news and believing it. If we are talking about Jackie having a chart topping album or some other sign of stardom, then you are correct - that is unlikely to happen. It will happen with the right marketing and hard work. There is no room for pessimism. Move on. and a career that is in bad shape. How about a forum where nobody attacks anyone, just talk about the subject at hand you can criticize a performer without attacking them! That goes with posters also ! But what is the difference between criticizing Jackie and attacking Jackie? If I say that Jackie voice is no longer special compared to other talent show singers, am I criticizing Jackie or attacking Jackie? Her voice is as special as ever, but 2/3 of the planet doesn't actually expect singers to _sing_ really well, just to twerk or tell off color jokes or something else less relevant to the sound. |

Question off the top of my head: Isn't it true that hitting #1 on Billboard Classical for just one week suggests the album was simply the one that got the most initial orders from stores that cycle? It seems to me that it doesn't mean much unless the album stays on the chart for more than one week. Seems to me that Wallmart and Target orders are enough to make an album chart for the week if there were no larger order in that genre. So yeah, Jackie is popular enough to generate that much, but there wasn't enough demand to prompt a restock order – otherwise she would have charted more than one week. Is that close to correct at least?

Bocelli had been #1 on the classical chart for 20-30 weeks, I forget exactly how long, but it was a long time, and Jackie knocked him down for that one week, but he went right back to #1. So by that point, how many could Bocelli have been selling? I'd guess not a heck of a lot. |

We will just have to wait and see with this new album if Jackie can join them. |
