Jackie didn't put on 30 lbs, but it's clear that she wants to emulate Lana Del Rey. Well, if you are going alt-pop and you want to emulate someone, she is as good a lead to follow as any. I'm sure Jackie would be thrilled to be mentioned in the same sentence as Lana. She probably would like it even more if she got on the same playlists as Lana. After her EP drops, I would love to see Jackie as an opening act for Lana. They definitely have compatible sounds - particularly Jackie's recent music. |

I am definitely a ChatGbt bot programmed to go into random forums in order to trigger the msims' of the world. I have stated at least three times in this forum that I like BME, but if that doesn't satisfy you, I'll say it again - BME has a cool, catchy sound. The point I made in an earlier post is that Jackie's new pensive, depressed and passive image is not very believable and seems to be a bit contrived. IMO, this new direction is a little disappointing because if she stayed in the CC realm, Jackie could be a trend setter, but she now has to follow others in the alt-pop world to be successful. To add a caveat to my previous post, admittedly, Jackie has expressed having a "dark side" from time to time in her past. The themes in songs such as Angel and Concrete Angel, the family's fixation on Halloween, and some of Jackie's artwork showed she had interest in "dark" topics, so perhaps this new direction isn't a big surprise. Personally, I'd rather see her write songs that reflect the bubbly personality we saw quite a bit of in her youth. Unfortunately, that type of music is probably difficult to market in today's world. |

Jackie was a lot more popular in elementary school 🏫,Something happened by the time Jackie was in HS! Darci Lynne didn’t seem to have that problem, she had a lot of friends in HS!Darci Just celebrated her 19 birthday 🥳 by the way ! Something did happen...Jackie became famous and suddenly couldn't relate to her friends...and visa versa. Like beans. #1 - she got a big head. #2 - she became a tranny promoter and claimed her brother should be able to use the girls' bathroom, which is how she lost her friends. Nice try on rewriting history though. |
