You are still distracting msims, you can see yet you are blind ! You don't seem to get it at all. They want you to be upset about the state of Jackie's career because that is the con, that is the game Caz wants to play under multiple aliases. Not giving any credence or validation is the only way to go, falling for it is a bad decision as you have several times. Jackie is writing/recording her next EP or LP and she needs our support and not questioning non-issues that arent a problem for any actual fan. |

The forum is named Amazon Revisited for a reason. Back in the early forum days, fans that offered an honest opinion about Jackie or her career were attacked and marginalized to the point where they were not welcomed. Amazon was the only place where a fan could offer any genuine opinions. There is no hidden grand "Caz" conspiracy to tear down Jackie. If you don't like honest opinions and want to join OTTs such as yourself, you will feel more at home in the RO's forum. There, you can mush and gush all you want with "actual fans". |

He was licking his paws!!! LMAO!!! That must be a joke. Please tell me it's a joke. Her son, who isn't human, is a cat and goes to school?  I hope she has him neutered so he can't reproduce, there's enough nuts in the world. I wonder if she wants them to put a huge litter box in the bathrooms. |

Since it has been brought up here repeatedly, allow me to address the lack of commercial success for Greg Camp after the early years for SmashMouth. This should put things into perspective somewhat. We all know that having a single talent is not enough to make it to the top. Camp has a mediocre at best voice, but that is not itself fatal. What would be for his career is that he has all the charisma of a wet napkin. He just doesn't have star quality and would never have success on his own - a fact born out by subsequent events. He is, however, a solid songwriter who can come up with gems and knows his way around a studio. What happened with SmashMouth is that Camp was fortunate enough to find a lead singer (Steve Harwell) who oozed charisma in a very playful frat boy kind of way that connected with audiences. Harwell singing Camp's songs was a big winner for a few albums and they were on top of the world until tragedy struck and Harwell's young son died suddenly. At that point, Harwell went off the deep end into alcoholism and mental illness and their success went with him. The reason Camp has had no success on his own is simply because he is not now nor has he ever been a star on his own. He, however, could have success with someone else with those qualities. Good background information on Greg Camp. However, there are a number of open issues: 1. If Camp is "a solid songwriter who can come up with gems and knows his way around a studio" and if what is holding him back is that "he has all the charisma of a wet napkin", why has he not been successful as a songwriter for other singers? There are many successful songwriters who write for others. Surely someone with a track record of hits could easily sell his songs to others? 2. From wikipedia: "In March 2023, it was announced that Camp had co-founded the band The Defiant along with Dicky Barrett of The Mighty Mighty Bosstones and members of The Offspring, Street Dogs and The Briggs." They recently released a song "Dead Language" which did not stream well. Was everybody in the new band as charisma-challenged as Camp? 3. Assuming that Camp was "a solid songwriter", I find it interesting that Jackie chose not to have him write or co-write any of her new original songs. Especially considering that he has previous hits and all she had written were duds. Apparently Camp's songwriting contributions to Jackie's new EP do not merit a songwriting credit. 4. If what was holding Camp back was a lack of charisma, it is interesting, to say the least, that he chose to collaborate with Jackie, who is not exactly the most charismatic singer in the world. I wonder what Camp, Jackie and Melody Place were thinking. |

Seriously, just like the people who lose their sh!t because some dumbass woman on TikTok posts a dumbass thing for viral clicks, and then think that this is happening everyday, everywhere, msims sees everyone on this forum as hiding behind everyone else, and there is some grand conspiracy (on a forum with a handful of members) to bring a singer down for some unknown purpose.
The advice and criticism on this forum is why I like reading it. Why msims is here is for him to say, but it appears to me that his only mission is to disrupt this forum until.. who knows what he fantasizes about.

WHY Jackie is the question, what is it about this female singer and her discussion that you have to SPAM and why is it her fans pose such a threat? Its crazy that you insist your opinion was silenced. Who silenced you? You are acting like a spoiled child, like your moppet. 3. The question is not for unknown purpose, it is a trolling game and to post under aliases that there is no trolling, is simply bulls...
