Why am i here ? i was in Myrtle Beach on vacation when told by a guy on the beach in that Jackie needs only a small spark to light up her career as in day or night as the flame will burn forward a brighter career to shine day or night and he said i could book it .

Book it yourself a ticket to Tuscany, might be just what you need. Sit front row center with Uncle Len, learn how to make pasta, doesn’t get any better than that. BOOK IT!

Jackie should be compared to Tate McRae. Jackie is 4 years older and had many more opportunities than Tate. Actually Tate was never given any opportunities for her singing career. The only time she got national attention was when she was on So You Think You Can Dance and didn't even mention her singing. So after just a few years of getting noticed, on her youtube channel, Tate is starting on her 80 concert tour for 2024. A chart that means something. Jackie was moving into pop way before anyone knew who Tate McRae was outside of the Dance World.

She might want to cut down on the caffeine as well. LOL The real problem is ..that this staged snippet does not really proof anything..if she really knows how to handle logic..I never saw a live session..like Emily Bear or Jacob Collier..or others…

As far as Soc's suggestions, I cannot fathom not suggesting anyone get their publishing and copyrights in place before putting any music out and for free? Nah. Perhaps this might help you fathom things better: First, you should know that copyright protection exists from the moment an original work is “fixed” in a tangible medium. For example, fixation occurs when a song is recorded in an audio file or when a musical work is notated in sheet music or a digital file. You don’t need to do anything else for your work to be protected by copyright.
www.copyright.gov/engage/musicians/ Publishing, copyrightArtists should be paid. I think freebies should only be given out, if an artist is just getting started and/or trying to get a deal. Once Jackie had the deal, I know Rickky doesn't get but not much is required in CC except showing up and sounding and looking great. Thats not how it is now and it will be alot of hard work. However no artist in their early 20's should be doing 75 dates unless they are lip syncing. Adele had nodules at exactly the age Jackie is, 23 or 24?

Artists should be paid. I think freebies should only be given out, if an artist is just getting started and/or trying to get a deal. Artists that the public deems worthy of payment are paid. Artists that the public does not deem worthy of payment are not paid. Jackie is "just getting started" in pop and she has to prove to the public that she is worthy of payment. The number of streams she is getting is very much in the "just getting started" range.

Sheeran talked about starting his career with millions of songs and gigs. Jackie ended her last tour 17 months ago in Oct 2022 and turned to songwriting. I am surprised that she has published only 4 songs in all that time.

So you're saying is nobody else can sell it, and after everyone already has their free copy, you can try to sell it if you want to. You are so 20th century. In this day and age, nobody buys music, sells music or is worried about free copies of music. They stream it. What part of free is not sustainable (except near the scale of Taylor Swift, and even she's complained that streaming is not a good deal) don't you understand? Everything comes from somewhere. There are some situations that are a positive sum game (where there is productivity), but everything else is zero sum, or even negative sum with overhead. In other words, free is a flat out lie, someone is paying, and one can't expect to play musical chairs forever with who is actually paying. Parasites should either be re-educated or should be denied all "free" stuff and made to work their lazy backsides off and choose between priorities, never getting all their wishes, like real people that actually have to deal with reality. And people that don't want to be held hostage to either a subscription or advertising DO still buy.
