That's because you two would be so stunned by my beauty that you would lose your minds and end up in a mental institution with no internet access. 🤮

Oh dear, still 72 unsold tickets for the 28th and 64 unsold tickets for the 29th. Just over half full each night. But not to worry, according to Simsy, people will show up in droves 5 minutes before showtime on both nights, climbing over each other to get those last minute tickets.

selling enough tickets dealing with reality You need to deal with the fact that you are not in the music business. That you have no knowledge or experience and are not a concert promoter. Jackie and Mike on the other hand have had 13 years in the business, you have not. Case in point, there is no charity business gigs are not given away as favors and I don't speak for anyone else that reads this BS but there is ZERO concern about her selling tickets from me. Shes already sold over 60% of her Nov show in tickets. As ive stated before, her fans are older and buy at their own pace and the NY shows will have walk ups. Anything else? You could gaslight colt but you can't gaslight someone who knows your schtick a mile away. DF on the other hand is charitable with his friends and he produced Chris Botti's album last year. Get a hobby. Like I said and I hold to it, you aren't dealing with reality. Ticket sales do matter in the music business in general. You say I need to get a hobby.... you clearly need to get a life beyond Jackie.

Yeah, that's where I draw the line too! ROFL That's because you two would be so stunned by my beauty that you would lose your minds and end up in a mental institution with no internet access. That sounds like night one has just over 50 percent sold, if thats out of a capacity of 147. That is not bad and as donkey put it even more tickets sold for night 2 with the live stream (does the 64 number include live stream?). Thats still more tickets than you would have sold doing your version of the Trump dance on live stream i.giphy.com/media/v1.Y2lkPTc5MGI3NjExNXNoeXRmdjlnMGdwanBndWMzNTB4NnBvams0b252OWNybzhxcTdzcCZlcD12MV9pbnRlcm5hbF9naWZfYnlfaWQmY3Q9Zw/FbiL9rsmZN3ib2JSGo/giphy.gif For comparable sake, this was the COT tour estimates provided by Len, you have to compare numbers to something. Based on Len's estimates (I might have to update this here or there): OCT 1, 2022 NASHVILLE, TN 116 seats (1/3 full) OCT 16, 2022 BOSTON, MA 87 seats OCT 19, 2022 WASHINGTON DC 87 seats OCT 22, 2022 PHILADELPHIA, PA 87 seats OCT 25, 2022 CHICAGO, IL 175 seats (50% full according to Len, tv appearances helped) OCT 27 2022 ATLANTA, GA 87 seats OCT 28, 2022 ATLANTA, GA 87 seats Five shows were at 25% or 1/4 capacity. According to Len none of the cw shows were highly advertised, locally, by the venue; just listed on their website. And then, those who just decide to come out for dinner and a show that night, add to the audience numbers. Since thats what Len believes I stand corrected on that point by Soc/Rickky.

You must advertise in order to get butts in seats! That is a major reason Jackie is having problems filling seats ! Jackie herself must get out and get on local tv 📺 and radio 📻 stations to advertise upcoming shows in the area they are to be performed!

The venue probably advertises, it's a business and they want as many butts in the seats as they can get. As far as local TV and radio goes, I guess Jackie or her team could call radio stations and the local TV station and ask if they'd interview her. More than likely they're aware of who will be performing there and contact the performer if they're interested.

There is no doubt that in a place like NYC, every media outlet of every kind is inundated with every show of every kind begging to be interviewed for the free publicity. If I ran a media outlet, I would prioritize the best known performers to maximize the interest of my own audience. Even within 54 Below, they have multiple shows every night, all of whom need publicity. So we will just have to wait and see how much publicity Jackie can get. In the past, it has not been much.

Olivia Rodrigo just added two new concerts to her Guts tour making it a total of 85 concerts they will be at the Intuit Dome in LA California ( the world most expensive arena cost $2 Billion seating capacity 18,000) Aug 20 & 21 tickets go on sale Friday June 21 it will be interesting to see how long it takes to sell out.
Maybe Olivia didn't get the word from Msims about her voice is getting weak.
Looks like they already started advertising for it.
Now lets see if Olivia can blow the roof off in her home town like she did in Germany.

All Olivia needs to do is see the same doctor that cured Jackie's weak voice. I think Jackie cured it herself by having only a few small concerts a year.

A little interesting tidbit on how things can change overnight with a break here and a break there. As regular on this page would know, Grace Vanderwaal has pretty much taken the last five years off. She released a single now and then and did a couple movies and also some modeling but mainly kept a pretty low profile. I suspect there was something akin to Jackie's situation (mental/emotional breakdown/exhaustion - take your picks) but she mainly appeared to try catching up on teenage experiences she may have missed. Of course, that meant her career that had been on an upward trend stalled. Fortunately for her, she already had enough stuff generating streams to keep making enough money to live comfortably. But, of course, with no new material, you tend to lose the casual listeners from playlists since your music will cycle out and the monthly listeners will go down. For example Grace had gradually over a period of those five years went from 1.6 million monthly listeners to about 1 million a year ago. Since then, the decline continued until she was at about 920,000 and then it pretty much leveled off there as that was likely close to her core audience. By then, her songs were pretty much out of the largest playlists as staying there would require consistent releases. Well, she still hasn't released anything new yet, but in the last month she has received 3.5 million streams (and that soon may be closer to 4 million) and her monthly listeners have jumped by 200,000 to over 1.1 million in the last two weeks. There appear to be two possible things occurring at once. The first is all the attention from Megalopolis has some fans who haven't listened in awhile getting back with the movie coming out. The second is that for one reason or another, her signature song from years ago ("Moonlight") has become a viral thing on Tik Tok again. Why? I have no idea, but these things are often random. Last year, the old song "Love Grows Where My Rosemary Goes" went viral. So just as the "Burned" viral trend for her may be ending, a new one is starting. Her fans are just hoping she doesn't take this as an opportunity to extend her vacation another year.

It was also announced that Megalopolis will be distributed in the US by Lion's Gate. They also were the distributors for Apocalypse Now. it will appear initially in Imax theaters. Imax had committed to showing the film even before it had a distributor.
Anyone interested in seeing it should try to see it at an Imax location if possible as it apparently is, for good or bad, pretty much a larger that life spectacle.

Music for the masses. Love this song. Now, if we can just get Jackie to draw audiences this size. LOL
It might be a good place for her. The concert was in Jakarta, Indonesia and South Asia is one of the few places where what would be considered "old fogeys" music here is big business there. If you look at Jackie's top streaming cities on Spotify, three of them are from South Asia and Jakarta is #1. The others are Singapore and Quezon City in the Phillipines. I remember working with someone from that region of the world some years ago mentioning that one of the most popular artists there was Manheim Steamroller.
