Jackie couldn't take that type of a fall with her 80 year old bones. Then again Jackie is never going to do a high energy show like other Pop stars under 40 she just doesn't have the energy. So sad how her family allowed this to happen to her under their noses. I suspect that she's not quite as fragile as all that, if not quite up to the level of rough-and-tumble that someone her age might usually be able to handle. Enough calcium, D, magnesium, zinc, etc and eating right can partly (probably never 100%) fix her up. She has quite a bit of energy. She runs, swims, works out, etc. But that energy does NOT translate into twerking, screaming (bad for the voice), crowd-surfing, and other frenetic behavior. Not everyone has the desire or personality to look like Energizer Bunny just came back from Starbucks with a triple espresso. |

I would not expect a high energy show from Jackie, she never had one in the last 14 years of her career. Probably "The Masked Singer is the closest she ever had. You don't have to be in good condition to tour and she does very little of that. Jackie is not in good physical condition as she even said so herself in numerous interviews. |

I am a numbers guy and for all you numbers people, Jackie's Spotify Monthly Listeners count has broken 100K for the first time in years. She was above 100K for many years but is now at 99,659 for today. Jackie's statistics can be found here: songstats.com/artist/lfmq6ioz/jackie-evanchoClick on "Monthly Listeners" on the right for a graph of the last few years. Monthly Listeners is a very volatile statistic but Jackie's numbers show a very pronounced downward trend. She always peaks at the end of every year but each annual peak has been lower than the previous annual peak. And every annual valley has been lower than the previous annual valley. For context, the earliest statistic I could find for Jackie's Monthly Listeners was this from Sep 2019: When I checked a few minutes ago, Jackie's monthly listeners stood at 141,656 while Connie's [Talbot] were now at 529,814. If you are curious, Connie Talbot is at 516,950 for today. |
