according to them
Trump has to prove that he did not
reversal of the burden of proof
„ Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.“

Let's see the proof of Trump leading an insurrection - you have failed in every conspiracy theory you've posted so far.

Didn‘t you understand…according to these constitutional experts… kind of the experts in this field..not liberals…these are conservatives…representing the traditional constitutional view of 6 of the 9 conservatives supreme court justices…(very likely the one professor was the teacher of some of the younger …as he is the!!!! professor in this field in Harvard) there is no need to proof anything…as the amendment works automatically…same as section 2…native american you have to show your birth certificate…so Trump has to show that he did not commit insurrection.. btw. Trump did not even deny the insurrection as you all know…Georgia, Arizona, etc. etc. ..when he asked Pence to stop…this is insurrection according to law!!! So the question is not if Trump is not entitled to run…but if the state attorneys follow the law.. One thing is certain.. it will land before the Supreme Court…and if the 6 conservative !!! rule as the normally rule…Trump will be stopped.

Whatever was process based, even if it involved pressuring people on very questionable grounds, was NOT insurrection. And the riot wasn't, because he specifically told the demonstrators to keep it peaceful. Claiming Trump committed insurrection is wishful thinking by the left and by those regardless of ideology so ensconced in power in less obvious ways that they're unwilling to be challenged ("deep state").

This was insurrection…calling the Georgia.. this was insurrection..asking people coming to Washington…waiting hours before asking them to stop…allowing them to storm the capitol… asking Pence to stop the counting, to stop Biden even to this day…his speeches are the epitome of insurrection, his lies etc. are you nuts… btw. again…he has to prove that it was not…according to the constitutional experts…in contrast to trials where the defendant does not…where this is the job ofthe prosecution.

It's only insurrection to leftists that must win no matter how much they have to cheat, lie, steal, possibly murder (the number of people that have died around the Clintons is curiously high), etc. Leftism is anti-Constitutional because it wants powers that the federal government especially is not supposed to have. Leftism ultimately wants ALL power. Leftists should move to Europe. Or better, North Korea where they probably wouldn't live long.

Dude has had false claims against him when Dems voted impeachment. He also had 5-6 years of Dems claiming he was colluding with Russians. The 4 indictments are nothing more of Dems doing as much as they can to keep Trump from reclaiming the office of the prez. You are jumping on the conspiracy theory band wagon once again
