Government's Motion For Immunity Determinations, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on October 2, 2024. The motion is in response to the remand by the United States Supreme Court (SCOTUS) in (Case No. 144 S. Ct. 2312 (2024), in which the SCOTUS instructed the DC Court to determine whether the allegations against Trump are immune from prosecution. The motion is 165 pages long (without attachments). Section I (pp. 3-85) is an easy read if you're not familiar with the government's case. As outlined in the motion, "Section I provides a detailed statement of the case that the Government intends to prove at trial...". This is a preliminary motion ordered by the DC District Court judge.
