I think breaking your back had to hurt ! She said her back still bothers her sometimes. Was she in a full body cast ? most likely had hair line fractures which only needs being less active then usual , she plays you fans like game . |

Unfortunately for Jackie when she goes up and sings in front of those businessman they are all going to be realist also and will look at her numbers which are not good and pass on her. Presumably they're not idiots, and will realize that someone trying to break into a new genre is darn near starting over. I don't know what the heck you want, she's been darn near spamming social media since the release of the song. So of course she should have a world tour booked already? Get a life! Jackie has done very little before or after her new song came out and it shows in her numbers. Takes less than a minute to put out an instagram so big deal if she spends a couple of minutes a week. Jackie's site is just to small to attract new followers she needs to go on interview that people actually listen to. Talk all you want but the numbers proves she is not getting out there. |

Funny that nobody has ever been able to find an accident report of the incident. It never made the local news even, we all of a sudden hear about it a year later even though Juliet said Jackie was fine. If there are any doubts in anyone's mind about the accident then Jackie and the Evancho's are to blame for it. |

I get the impression, however, that she suffered modest injuries...enough to require a good deal of healing time, and enough to cause some chronic back pain at least in medium term (dont know about long term). Significant enough to be traumatizing and painful and scary, but not serious enough to require surgery or to be life altering. |

I don’t think Jackie is to blame for the accident, we’re is the evidence that Jackie was to blame for it, Jackie doesn’t have that much clout to get it covered up !

Colt I don't know what you mean by Jackie being "blamed" for the accident. No one has said whether it was her fault or not. The issue for me (I won't speak for anyone else) is that Jackie has told a lot of stories – car accident, broken back, bones of an 80-year old, heart problems, depression, fake priests, empires, etc., etc., etc., but I don't know what any of it has to do with her music. All I care about is whether I like her music or I don't. I'm not saying she's lying or telling the truth – I don't know and I don't care – I just don't know what she expects from us. Are we supposed to want her music more because she went through these things? If so, I want to know if she's telling the truth. If that's not what she wants, then just go make music and I'll happily listen to it. The product I'm willing to pay for is music. If she wants my sympathy, she can have that, but it's not why I'm here. There's a reason people raise an eyebrow at the endless sob stories that come with every talent show contestant. What does your momma's brother's struggle with head lice have to do with what you're about to sing? Just sing.

A wild guess would be that Christina was driving, hit black ice, and rolled it at least on the side. One might imagine that they might not want to talk about that much more than they have; no point in increasing tensions, could've happened to anyone. And accident reports are funny things; if it's single vehicle (and no pedestrians etc), there's a lot of discretion as to what gets reported. |

And some experiences mean one won't be cranking it out like a factory worker. Letting people know a bit of that (not all, clearly) helps keep expectations from being excessive. (since there are those who seem to expect Jackie to be accompanied by actual angelic choirs and build the one pure empire while putting out at least one album a year, there is a problem with excessive expectations, at least by some; not that her own expectations might not for a time have included some of that, not the actual angelic choirs, but the rest) |
