I hope your first thought is the answer, but I fear it's your second one. But we should know soon enough, depending on if we see some more Solla-related concert dates pop up.  They'd never cancel something like the Tuscany Trip for some Solla concerts that could be scheduled any time before or after the trip. And it would be very rude and inconsiderate to the people who booked that tour. That's a really big deal and something people would really be looking forward to not to mention spending over $5K per person. But it is a shame that it was cancelled for the fans and for Jackie. She seemed pretty excited about it. The "cancelled" notification is probably something that many fans are generally prepared for. Better luck next time. |

Not that this is any comfort, but I am one of the most common users of guest pseudonyms, but I do not mess with anyone like this. I make only points and arguments. But I have had this thought for awhile: Does this only happen to you? I've been thinking that it must have something to do with the name starting with a "1" and the Proboards software doesn't log it as a taken name. It is possible that whoever is doing this has tried to pull the same stunt with other guest accounts, but Proboards prevents it if a name starts with a letter. For example, I believe "Guest 1" is taken, and if anyone tried to use it, it would be denied. SoCal could test that? Maybe you could change your name to "The 1 Guest" or something like that, and then disclaim "1 Guest" if SoCall can't find the culprit and/or find a way to allow you to lock in the name? |

As I have said repeatedly, treat her like a new artist. For the launch of a brand new career on a small indie label, this is a pretty good start. I agree with everything in your post except the above quote. Jackie ended her COT tour in late Oct 2022. Which means she has been working on Jackie 3.0 for 1-1/2 years. If my hypothesis is correct, Jackie 3.0 has gained very few fans during that period. Nobody expects Jackie 3.0 to be a star but I question whether it is even a good start. |

Trying to please both audiences is the thing that is holding her back. It's the reason she can't get concert gigs and one of the reasons that the Italy trip was cancelled. |

She does have younger fans, be it on tiktok or from tms. There needs to be another interview/podcast with someone younger. And Italy could have been cancelled for scheduling reasons, she could have had an opportunity to book something else. Its that simple. Also she has bills to pay so gigs where she performs CC and the originals make sense. LoL...no, Italy WAS her schedule...it was a big deal for her. They likely just werent selling enough seats. And as far as younger fans go...when we look at the few events she has scheduled in recent years...including the one I went to...mostly older people...her fan base. And when you look at stats on places like YT...pretty much all the views are again, older people, primarily men. She has a few younger fans spread around, but its a tiny, insignificant percentage of her fan base...so much so it doesn't even register on the social media viewer stats, like on the two videos I posted on YT. And those have decent sample sizes, considering we are talking about Jackie here...one has 16.5k views and the other has 47k views. I'm all for being positive msims, but your comments just go against all evidence and can be summarily dismissed as a result. But I'll tell you what...if she suddenly announces some big money-making event for those September dates, you may have something there. But don't hold your breath. lol |
