Her problem is not getting enough original material to fill up a whole concert. Her problem is selling enough tickets to fill a concert of original material. She can in a few locations still fill enough seats with the old standbys. And the problem is that dumping them and cutting over entirely to pop all at once won't work. Not until she's well enough known for enough pop songs that having enough more to fill a whole concert would actually fill not only material but seats. Yeah, and she's currently nowhere near being in that position...not even remotely. We likely are talking in terms of years until she does, if she ever does, get there. |

Yes, but you are comparing Lana del Rey (NBA) to an amateur player..the problem will be always the same… Jackie Evancho had a 5m head start in a marathon with her AGT participation..but now after more than 10 years..she is 20km behind. |

The problem is that popular songwriters don't come cheap if they're paid a flat fee. Well-known writers want to write for well-known singers who are going to earn the big bucks for them by either selling a lot or big time streamers. But unknown writers who are just starting out might have some real gems just waiting for the right singer. Is she even looking? Why would she look for a song writer when she's in the midst of a phase of her career when she is writing her own songs? I'll take that Daily Double question for $400! What is...because she sucks at songwriting? |

Thing is, Jackie's never been in a race with other singers, at any point in her career. Some have success early, some have it later in life, a much smaller number manage to have a lifetime of success. The only fair comparison to me would be to compare Jackie to another young child star singer who achieved fame singing the genre of music that made Jackie famous and kept her there in the few years that followed. Charlote Church is brought up a lot. From what I understand, her star largely burned out after early success, much like Jackies. It just may be the way it goes for child stars in that genre. I find comparing Jackie to pop stars is inappropriate...she's never been a pop star, or demonstrated that she can succeed in that genre. Sure, she's trying a new genre now...but that's always a tough go, changing genres successfully, for even the most seasoned, successful pros. |

Jackie can have a good career and make money 💰 far more than most careers out there! We have no idea about investments she has made either! No one in this forum ever talks about Jackie’s investment portfolio 💼 !
