I'm pretty sure she's talking about the perfection that was stuck in her head that she once adored. It was the cancer that poisoned her body. She's personifying the perfection as she tries to get it out of her life. Besides, no way Jackie would say all of these nasty things to/about her mom. And then, say it a song...effectively making it what she's saying public, and then market and sell it in an album. Zero chance. |

Speaking of crude remarks look what Rick Olsen post about Jackieβs smoking gun song π΅ ! Even if a person doesnβt like a song you donβt have to be so crude with your remarks! Crude remarks are talking about sex in a giant bowl of candy. I don't think Rick is being crude. He is just expressing a negative candid opinion. Don't get me wrong, but her Classical Crossover and her voice were so much better way back when. Her voice was unique, but for a long time she's sounded like just any other pop singer. It sucked and everything she's put out since sucked. Dream With Me was the best thing she's ever done. Likes 10 Dislikes 0 Actually, I can see why he didn't like The Debut and every album after that...I didn't much like The Debut either, primarily due to selection of songs she chose to sing (Not into Broadway songs, esp. not those). Now, I personally liked some of the songs on COT and on this new EP....so I disagree with him there that everything since sucked. But, I respect and understand the comment. He's also correct that Dream With Me was her best album. |

I'm all for decadence, copulating and bowls of candy, as long as it has its place in the story. Caligula (the film) went way too far in depicting the depths of a depraved Roman emperor (although there was a particularly well done "L" scene, but it had nothing to do with furthering the story). Anyway, I'm just wondering how much of the "Vesta Sweetwater" story from the leaked script survived into the current movie. Do we know that Grace will be rolling in the skittles? I'm okay with whatever role she plays, I'm just not sure how much we actually know about her role. I'm also not sure how much I really want to know. If anyone is inclined to post anything that will spoil the film, please preface your post with "SPOILER ALERT" if you decide to reveal any bits of the film. Kylo Ren porking Stargirl in a giant bowl of candy, really? Where's brain bleach when you desperately need it? I can understand why some former child stars are willing to dramatically break the mold of their publicly perceived youth. How better to do that, as an actor, than to dive in to an adult situation. I don't know if her role on film will involve 'situational adultness' but I would applaud her for doing so, just as I applauded Miley for christening her wrecking ball in front of a world of Hanna Montana fans. |
