Thats been the struggle the trolls have had all along (colt included) with Jackie encapsulated with Caz's recent post about her no explanation about the platinum in the interview.
Jackie is not obsessed with her own numbers, her own career achievements, me me me. She doesn't have the narcissism that Caz and her bots have, she is just able to earn money doing what she loves and I doubt theres a whole lot of thought because in reality, shes just a 24 year old woman who just happens to have a great voice.

To new viewers it’s not the same old stuff! This interview was pretty good to listen to for older and newer fans to listen to. Even though I'm not a fan of hearing about her mental and emotional issues all that much, it was interesting to see how Jackie and this interviewer were able to understand each other and to discuss their shared experiences. Jackie likely isolates herself from her fans at times because she is afraid they won't understand her sufferings.

Mind you, her platinum album is phoney, so that may be part of the confusion. Jackie could sell you a clean pair of skivvies at that time Caz because of her popularity. It also helped that Oprah endorsed her. If Oprah endorsed your dirty panties, they too could sell a million. OHN sold a million physical units in six weeks, here are the Soundscan numbers (but it was certified based on shipments): 239,234 142,240 144,572 148,646 190,720 151,215 and it was also certified platinum in canada for 80k. Yes they shipped it from one warehouse to another. that is how several people got that Platinum records. They also just count shipped and don't subtract returns.
Her most popular song on that album. only has 3.8 million views, are we to believe everyone went out an bought the CD yet nobody wanted to see the music video.
Three years later Kenzie Ziegler put out a music video that has 11 million views.
But what is really telling is Kenzie put that out under her Mack-Z channel that still has 947k subscribers, and the last time she even posted to that account was over 8 years ago.
Jackie has the same youtube that all her music is on for 16 years and she only has LOL 341K subscribers.

Jackie should have accepted that invitation to perform with his orchestra and could be on a world tour just like Emma is right now. Her latest video has over 2.3 million views after only 8 days. I have to disagree. Jackie was at the height of her popularity. There was no need to be Andre Rieu's guest when Jackie had already lined up her own headlining tour. To make my point: Emma's video does not have 2.3M views. it is Andre's video on Andre's Youtube channel that has 2.3M views and Andre gets all the money the video earns. Emma is just Andre's guest. When Emma's 15 minutes of fame is over, Andre will move on to the next guest. Emma's Youtube channel has only 88K subscribers and her most popular video has only 895K views. Time will tell, but Emma's Voila' video has 62M views in 11 months. Is that the kind of reaction any of his other guest singers received? I could be wrong but I suspect those views are for Emma, not Andre.

Jackie's other revenue source is streams. As of yesterday Fri 7/19, Solla total Spotify streams (with BME1 and BME2) was 473K. A week ago Fri 7/12, Solla total Spotify streams was 447K. So in the last week, Solla had 26K streams/week on Spotify. Assuming that Spotify had 30% of the streaming market, Solla's streams for all platforms would be 87K. At $0.003 per stream, Solla earned Jackie $261 for the week. Considering all the money Melody Place has put into creating and promoting Solla (which Jackie will have to reimburse) is Solla breaking even?
With most standard contracts, the $0.0032 per stream is in escrow until the label's take is in the black. Spotify pays $0.02 per stream of which 16% goes to the artist (hence the $0.0032) and 64% ($0.0128) goes to the label (most of the rest is split between the publisher and songwriter). Once the label's take exceeds their production costs and hence they go into making profit, the money to the artist is released. Of course, if the artist also took an advance against future earnings, they would have to pay it back directly. Assuming that was not the case, Solla would generate about $1000 in the week you indicated. My guess is the production costs were pretty minimal since the instrumentation was probably computerized. You would mainly pay for the studio time and Greg Camp and, if the latter is on salary to MP (I don't know the answer to that), that is also negated. So it is entirely possible that Solla has been paid for or is nearly paid for and will be in the black. it all depends on the production costs and i don't have that info.

I could be wrong but I suspect those views are for Emma, not Andre. Andre has many videos on his channel that are more popular than Emma's video. But the only way to know if Emma can succeed on her own is look at the success of her own Youtube channel. So far, Emma's channel has 88K subscribers, 55 videos, and no video with more than 900K views. So it seems that not a lot of those who saw Emma on Andre's channels were sufficiently motivated to check out Emma's own channel. That's not a very encouraging sign. Emma is very appealing but I see another Jackie Evancho in the making. Emma is young and angelic and will be successful for a few years as a child prodigy. But child prodigies have short shelf lives and she will fade away as she enters adulthood.

If Greg is on salary to MP, surely MP would charge the prorated amount to Jackie. Greg can't come cheap. And then there is the marketing cost with all the meetings and demos that MP held with playlist managers and corporate digital consumers. Also the shindig with Live in the Vineyard in Napa in Nov must have cost a pretty penny. I assume Jackie brought Greg and other musicians to Napa and to the GMA performance of BME, that was part of the marketing expenses. Also, cost of overhead can be high in showbiz. As you say, we have no idea what all those costs are so we are in no position to speculate on this.

Emma is very young and only time will tell how she does when she's older. I think an advantage that she has is that she didn't start when she was only 10, and like you, I believe that talent is a matter of taste, I think her talent and voice are very special. But like Jackie, she'll need more big opportunities and attention if and when she's ready for an adult career.

Andre Rieu already replaced any thought of having Jackie sing. 90 million views, but the video is 9 years old, and she was a very young child.

Andre Rieu already replaced any thought of having Jackie sing. 90 million views, but the video is 9 years old, and she was a very young child. But where is she now seems the demand is just for very young classical or cc singers. None seem to get much work after they are 18 years old Emma and Amira have a big advantage they live and speak the language where that type of music is popular. I think Jackie even learned that she probably can't make a living off it in the US.

She's probably my favorite of all of the child sopranos, she sounds like an adult but her voice is very natural. Too bad there's no demand for child sopranos anymore, but if she really wanted to she would make a killer opera singer when she's older.

Jackie made a big mistake :: There was a day when I thought that this was the direction that Jackie was headed: large stages, beautiful sets, famous conductors, amazing orchestras and huge crowds. I was uneducated about classical music, but I think many fans thought the same way. It's probably safe to say that even if Jackie had dedicated herself to perfecting herself and her voice in the classical music genre, she would not have been able to reach that high status because of the limited number of people that appreciate the genre in the USA.
