Rightly so, we are currently fixated upon gun violence and the loss of innocent lives. But, of course, the use of guns is only one way of willfully killing other people.
It is ultimately the choice of the individual that must be examined or we have learned nothing and can do nothing about violence in this peaceless world.

we may have to live with gun violence, until our culture changes Exactly. It's not that we can't stop gun violence, it's that we don't want to. And so, your statement deserves another look. This time, let's look at it from the perspective of the individual, and the human race in general, rather than from a purely political perspective: If we do this, we can say that the cure for violent behavior has been available to us for a long time yet it is something that a majority of people in this world apparently do not want. Most human beings are satisfied with a world they have created for themselves that includes violence, in all of its forms, against others. A controversial film comes to mind in which a well-known savior figure declares to a governmental authority that he only wants to change the world with love, to which the authority replies, but you see, we don't want it to change. Therefore, the sage leaves the violent world of political factions and enters a new life of peaceful relations and goodwill towards others and leads others to the same. |

There may be no way to stop the mentally ill from acts . We can't stop mental illness. But we can stop guns from getting into their hands. We don't have to go as far as the Japanese but we can do more background checks. They ran 5 times for this kid but it is complex needing much research , btw if stopped here he will find another way , it's elementary |

If he had been practicing with a firearm in the city he would have been arrested. |

If he had been practicing with a firearm in the city he would have been arrested. It is NOT Cruz in that staged video. This school shooting was carried out by 3 shooters. And it was a message/warning not to continue draining the swamp. |

TO BE SAFE FROM PEOPLE THERE , HOW MANY GUNS ARE THERE WITH PEOPLE WALKING AROUND ? , HOW MANY GUN KILLINGS ARE IN THOSE GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS ? , IF YOU GO INTO A STORE TO BUY A DIAMOND RING THERE IS MORE SECURITY THEN A SCHOOL , THERE WILL BE MORE GUNS IN A SCHOOL IN THE FUTURE , BOOK IT

A natural death is desirable but not always possible, even with guns out of the picture. Violence comes in many forms. Some of it is accidental, some of it not. Nevertheless, death comes. Self-defense is instinctive to most people and even if that were not true, it is something every culture recognizes as legitimate. Until that changes, people will continue to kill each other in self-defense. Some of us have learned to readily forgive each other, and desire to change ourselves, rather than point a finger at others, regardless of whether guns rule the planet or not. We do not fear death, but we respect and understand those who do. Millie will learn many things before her life is over and the most important thing will be to forgive those who may not agree with her and to accept the world as it is, if she cannot change it. |
